Brian Rader - East Coast Ironworks Steel Erectors and Construction in the D.C. Area

Brian began work in the steel industry during high school while working for a steel erection company that provided him with hands-on training in all aspects involved with steel erection including supervision, estimating, and project management.

A decade ago, Brian’s field work ended due to a severe auto accident.

At that point, Brian fine-tuned his estimating and project management skills with his eye on fabrication after watching other fabricators under-perform for their clients.

In 2018 Brian started East Coast Iron Works.  Armed with his experience and knowledge he set his sights on a few of the major contractors in the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. markets to begin his business.

Brian’s commitment to great service along with his genuine respect, honesty, and professionalism in meeting E.C.I.’s commitments has developed a base of loyal clients.  E.C.I.’s client base has expanded to include a large percentage of the most respected general contractors in the market.

In 2022, Brian secured MBE status for East Coast Iron Works.
