Scope of Work: Historical Renovation Downtown DC – Fabrication and installation of a new massive mezzanine in lobby to house a new large conference room. Construction of a new penthouse requiring massive structural reinforcement. Challenges included swinging beams to the roof over the street and neighboring buildings.
